The Ileana barge welcomes the Standard Imperial Yacht. Romanian officials, headed by the King Charles the First, and the journalists are waiting the Standard yacht to dock. The Russian squadron reaches the port. The Romanian fleet salutes the arrival of the Imperial Yacht with cannon salvos. Review of the honour guard and presentations. The Imperial and Royal Families go to the pavilion of Queen Elisabeth, King Charles’ wife, then they visit the local Cathedral. Romania’s Royal Family visits Russian Imperial Family’s yacht. The Imperial Family visits the port’s storages on the Royal Barge. The two families have lunch, then a 4 p.m. tea in the pavilion of the Queen of Romania. Photo shooting. Tsar Nicholas and King Charles arrive at the parade pavilion, followed by Russian officers and sailors. The King of Romania presents his army, paying their homage to the high guests, while the Imperial and Royal Families watch from the stands. The two families leave by car.
