Description: The black-and-white footage by Dresden ENT physician Gerhard Schneider shows landmarks in downtown Dresden, including the Catholic Court Church, the Semper Opera House, the Church of Our Lady and parts of the palace in the Old Town, the Golden Horseman and the Japanese Palace on the Neustadt side, as well as the Great Garden and the Zwinger.
This film was digitized as part of the model project "Sicherung des audiovisuellen Erbes in Sachsen" (Securing Audiovisual Heritage in Saxony) of the Film Association of Saxony (2018) in cooperation with: Hirsch Film Filmproduktion, Sächsische Landesbibliothek - Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek, funded by: Saxon State Ministry for Science and Art.
