Popis: An island girl (Stella Greka) comes from her island to Athens and ends up singing in a cabaret. There she meets a seaman, Vasos (Lampros Konstantaras). The temptations of the city will not succeed in erasing from her heart the longing for her former life on the island, or for Dimitris (Dimitris Myrat), a lad who loves her and awaits her to return to the island. Marina returns, marries Dimitris and has a child with him. Years later, when Vasos incidentally comes to the island, Marina finds the courage to ask him not to disclose her past life, as she tries to protect her happiness and serenity next to Dimitris.
